Using Webmail via Web Browser

In addition to standard email programs such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, we also offer a browser-based interface called Webmail. It allows you to access your emails from virtually anywhere using a standard web browser.

How Do I Use the Webmail Interface?

Webmail works similarly to traditional email software. For more detailed information, click on the Help menu item within each section of the interface.

How Do I Log In?

Go to https://webmail.your-server.de/. On the login screen, enter your full email address (e.g., info@example.com) and the corresponding password for that account.

View for Older Browsers

A special version of Webmail is available for older browsers. Go to the same address and set the "Mode" dropdown to "Basic".

View for Mobile Browsers

A simplified Webmail version is available for mobile browsers. Visit https://webmail.your-server.de/ and choose "Mobil (Smartphone)" or "Mobil (Minimal)" from the "Mode" dropdown.
